We encourage residents to activate their personal Tenant Portal. This portal will allow you to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments from any internet connected device. Should you have a routine property maintenance issue, those can also be submitted online. If you should experience a property emergency, where property or personal safety is at stake, please contact us immediately.
We encourage you to be good neighbors and to respect the shared amenities of Strathmore Regency including the pool, barbecue, picnic, and laundry areas. We appreciate our long-term tenants and referrals. If you know of someone who would make a terrific neighbor, please have them contact us.
